Women's Relax & Restore Retreat

Friday Nov 3rd to Sunday Nov 5th 2017

Massage relaxation retreat

A relaxing retreat featuring massage, meditation and chilling-out. Plus, time for healthy lakeside walks out in the countryside. The Atma Power yoga class is a simple class which is suitable for someone with little or no yoga experience, and the class has a gym 'work-out' design. 'Atma Power Yoga I' is constructed so you are free to put as much into it as you like, or are able. Therefore if you haven't done yoga before, you don't need to worry...

A boat service is provided as an option if you desire to visit the temple on Inis Rath Island before yoga for a morning chant with cymbals. This has proven to be a peaceful and spiritual way to start the day.
