 6.00pm  We recommend guests can arrive by, or before, this time. You can arrive from 3.00pm if you wish. Some people like to book a massage after their journey. Therapies cost €35 or £30 for 50-minutes: aromatherapy full-body massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Indian head massage, Aromatouch, Rahanni; Thai head, neck and shoulders massage.

 Option to take part in the morning mindfulness japa walk, where one can either walk silently and mindfully, or quietly chant mantra on wooden beads

 Depart for the Florencecourt Estate for a 3-hour Forest walk. We have a picnic after the walk

The Florencecourt Estate is owned by the National Trust, a charity which maintains former Stately Houses, their grounds and adjoining forest areas.

 Kirtan mantra relaxation group session. Relax weary but happy muscles by lying on the yoga mat and hearing the sounds of melodic and soothing live music chants, Tibetan singing bowl....  (20-mins)

 Optional therapy and massage sessions may begin during part of the yoga class and continue until noon time. Therapies available include full-body aromatherapy massage, back massage, reiki, rahanni, sound therapy, Indian head massage, reflexology and aromatouch.

 1.00pm

 (optional) Talk on Bhagavad Gita - an ancient text covering many of the subtle aspects of Vedic philosophy. This talk will be focused on Bhakti-yoga, which is the yoga of developing pure love. Another option is to use this time to walk around island. There are many outdoor paintings and murals depicting Krishna and his friends.

   Fees for this retreat:

  • £190 or €220 per person in shared accommodation from Friday until Sunday 
  • £190 or €220 per person for two or three friends sharing a private room  (or double room) from Friday until Sunday 
  • £230 or €260 single room from Friday until Sunday
  • Ferry cost to visit Inish Rath Island on Sunday £3.50 or €4
  • Entrance charge to Florencecourt Estate (owned by the National Trust charity) £5 or €5.60
  • Stay Sunday night for £40 or €45 
  • Massage therapies: £30 or €35 for 50mins
